Kids’ Yoga (5-9 years)

During our kids’ yoga, we focus mainly on Hatha yoga poses, breathing techniques, partner work, games, and relaxation. A gentle and playful introduction to yoga through the imitation of animals and the world around us. Expect fun, laughter, and physical activity in a friendly, safe and clean environment.
Yoga has many benefits for children, such as:
