The session consists of different yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation/meditation techniques.
During our physical practice, we focus on muscle activation/or relaxation. Softening tense muscles is just as important as learning how to engage them. Breathing mindfully helps you to be present, and cope with stress, anxiety. It clears the mind. We close each class with a long relaxation, to reset and recharge the body, mind, and soul. The objective of these therapy sessions is to empower you toward improved health and wellbeing.
The first yoga therapy session is 75 minutes, all following sessions are 50 minutes long.
Available days and times for first, in studio sessions are on Monday at 11am, Thursday at 2pm & Friday at 5.30pm.

Please note that 1 to 1 yoga therapy sessions are available from the comfort of you own home as well.
