This class is designed for those new to yoga or who have very little experience.
Starters’ yoga will introduce you to proper breathing (pranayama) and a variety of yoga poses (asanas) and their benefits. We will work the body and mind at a slow pace, and very effectively. You will feel brand new after the class, getting to know muscles you have probably not worked on before.
No fitness level is required as we build it up and an overall feel-good feeling is guaranteed. This class is a perfect way to kick off your Monday and the coming week.
