In this class, we are focusing on areas of the body such as the core, glutes, thighs, and pelvic floor. These are the particular areas most women have issues with. Taking care of them from an early stage in life, maintaining their health, strengthening, or relaxing is very important.
Yoga can ease symptoms of PMS, perimenopause, and menopause. Regular practice aids fertility and hormonal balance.
The different yoga poses are accessible to all of us Ladies, to support and empower in challenging times.
No previous yoga experience is required.
