Kids yoga

During our 6 weeks term of kids yoga, we focus mainly on Hatha yoga poses, breathing techniques, partner work, games and relaxation.

Yoga has many benefits as I am sure you are all aware of.

  • Improves focus and concentration
  • Reduces stress level and anxiety
  • Improves breathing and lung-capacity
  • Teaches to self regulate
  • Increases body awareness and positive body image
  • Improves physical strength and stamina

Age group: 5-9 years.
