Our new class, hot yoga flow is based on Hatha yoga postures
In this class Hatha yoga asanas are following each other in no particular order to exercise every muscle, organ, tissue, and gland of the physical body. This practice aims to bring balance, strength, and flexibility into your mind and body. The class is a 90-minute long class that is happening in a heated room. Sweating will help you flush toxins out of your body. Take the practice at your own pace! Enjoy your class!
